You are forgotten by some but not by all. Your death was not in vain even though there have been no mass demonstrations, media coverage, or Facebook pages.
The New York Times would never have the courage nor the honesty to dedicate even one sentence to your life and death.

In Seattle, we also had Tuba Man, Kevin Kime, Danny Vega, and others--all killed by unarmed blacks--that no one seems to remember because we're too concerned about others halfway or clear across the country who may or may not have been killed in legitimate self-defense.
These people (Paroline, Tuba Man...) lived too close to us geographically for us to have the time or energy to be concerned
